James Spradling Announces Candidacy for Justice of the Peace, Pct. 2
I am James Spradling, and I am running for Justice of the Peace Precinct 2 because the voters of Pct. 2 deserve a voice in who will be their Justice of the Peace.
The Justice of the Peace is called the “People’s Court” and I will ensure it is open at times convenient to the people. As the people’s judge, I will make customer service a priority. Each person coming to the court deserves prompt, respectful attention.
I have lived in Van Zandt County for over 24 years. I graduated from Martins Mill High School. I worked for Justice of the Peace, Ronnie Daniell for two years, then went on to earn my Associates Degree in Computer Science. For the last three years, I’ve been working with juvenile offenders. Danielle Land, a graduate of Canton High School, has agreed to be my Campaign Treasurer.
I attend Lakeside Baptist Church. I have served as an election judge. I am a firm believer in our 2nd Amendment right to keep and bear arms and am a holder of Texas’ License to Carry. For several years, I helped feed the disabled campers at the Texas Lions Camp with the Canton Lions club and in 2016, I volunteered with Alaska Missions. I am qualified, experienced, and ready to be YOUR Justice of the Peace, Pct. 2. I would be honored to have your support and vote on March 6th.
