WAFO WASL: Simple but Not Easy
Put two good fuels in your body every day: Water (WA) and Food (FO). Be smart, no sugar drinks, just water. Have at least 5 or more fresh or frozen fruits and veggies every day.
Perform two tasks to keep your body in good shape. Walk (WA) briskly twenty to sixty minutes every day. Get seven or more hours of sleep every day (SL).
Remember, water-food-walk-sleep = WAFO WASL, simple but not easy.
